The ASU Sun Devil Battalion makes history during the Spring 2009 commissioning ceremony as the 1st ROTC Battalion whose new lieutenants were sworn in by the President of the United States. A recent DOD directive change now authorizes the President of the United States to administer the oath of office to new 2nd Lieutenants. Watch video>>
